Delivery

We aim to shipped orders placed before 12:00 on the same working day of purchase.

Delivery of goods should take one to five days to arrive.

Note: For industrial containers, please allow seven to ten working days for your order to arrive.

Returns Policy

Damaged in Transit:

All items are sent with Parcelforce which is an insured uk courier service. If the item appears to have damage to the outer packaging upon arrival you must sign for the item as "damaged" and contact us via email within 48 hours. We can then arrange to have the item collected & replaced. If your item arrives damaged it will be collected and replaced at our cost. If you wish to cancel an order which has arrived damaged the same terms will apply as per "Your right to cancel" as described below.

Faulty Goods:

Any items found to be faulty within the first 30 days may be returned to us for replacement (we stand the cost of the return postage). If the item is found to be faulty after 30 days from the date of delivery the item can be returned to us for replacement although the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Your Right to Cancel / Unsuitable Goods:

Orders can be cancelled for up to 15 days from the day after the date of delivery. If you wish to cancel you must inform us via email within 12 days of the receipt of the goods. The item(s) can then be returned to us prior to us making the refund.

Please Note:

  • The seven days notice period required to cancel goods starts on the day directly following the date the goods were delivered.
  • The buyer is to be responsible for the cost of postage when returning the item. If we have the item collected by our couriers we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the return shipping from any applicable refund.
  • The original cost of postage paid is not refundable.
  • The buyer is responsible for the goods until they reach us and have been signed for by Mega.Discounts
  • The buyer must take "reasonable care" of the goods prior to returning them to us.
  • The goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were received in and with all applicable packaging.
  • The goods must not be opened or used in any way.
  • The above terms are applicable for ALL cancelled orders.

Returns Process:

To return goods to us you must contact us to agree the return, you can then complete the Return Item Form and send the item back to us.

Any returned/undelivered or refused items will be refunded minus £10.00 per consignment used to cover courier surcharges.

All returned items must be back with us 15 days from the date we receive your Returned Item Form. Return postage costs are to be met by the buyer.
